Investigative unit UFOCOM
Belarus have an investigative unit known as UFOCOM (Ufological Community). It´s a non-commercial public organization founded in 2001. UFOCOM is a group of enthusiasts, mostly students of Gorky State University, that is a state-wide networked community of volunteers. They perform field, monitoring, and analytical research projects.
On their site they have an archive of observations of abnormal phenomena systematized by members of Ufokom by the 6 regions. They also have a resource page with links to other UFO-related websites in Russian.
Commissions dealing with unidentified flying objects
They seem not to have any commissions dealing with unidentified flying objects.

Once upon a time there was a UFO video from Belarus that seemed legit. The video from Belarus was uploaded February 23th 2018.
